We reclaim and refurbish hundreds of period fireplaces, dog grates and fire inserts in cast iron , marble , slate and timber. These are stocked in both unfinished and finished condition and we can mix or produce combinations to any given specification from the hundreds of parts we have in stock.
We specialise in making the very difficult - possible - and can merge existing fires to make unique pieces as required. The photograph on this page for example is a bespoke insert produced for aGrade 1 listed, local Country House Estate that was required to exactly fit into an existing marble surround that could not be removed to accomodate it, further the period of the piece needed to be Georgian. We effectively combined 2 original Georgian inserts to make this happen.
